You turn on Supercal Notetaker
One toggle. Supercal Notetaker (powered by Textalize AI) will request to join your meetings. You allow it in, and it joins as a visible participant so everyone knows it's there. You can remove or pause the notetaker at any time right from the call's chat window.

After your meeting ends, Supercal converts the conversation to text and reviews it to pull out what matters: key topics discussed, action items, decisions made, and follow-ups mentioned.

We match participants to your Supercal contacts and attach the notes automatically. Next time you meet with someone, you'll see exactly what you last talked about.

Can other people on my team see my meeting notes?
General meeting notes maybe shared with any meeting participant who's also a Supercal user but never with anyone outside of the meeting. Your contact insights are personal to you and never shared with others.
What about sensitive meetings? HR conversations, 1-on-1s, confidential stuff?
The host of any meeting always has the ability to remove or never let in the meeting bot. When the bot is recording they will be apparent in as a participant in your meeting. Control which meetings the bot tries to join in your Supercal settings.
Will people in my meeting know it's being transcribed?
Yes. Supercal Notetaker joins as a visible participant so everyone on the call can see it's there. No secret recording. Transparency is the default. And if anyone's not comfortable, you can remove or pause the notetaker right from the call's chat window.
Can I use the AI notetaker I already have?
Not yet, but soon. We're working on integrations with other AI notetakers so you can use the tool you're already comfortable with and still get the contact intelligence from Supercal. Stay tuned.
What if I change my mind?
Disconnect anytime from your settings. When you disconnect, we stop processing new meetings immediately. Notes already saved to contacts stay unless you delete them. They're your data.
